IP Geolocation
Look up the geographic location, ISP, AS number, and network details for any IP address. Includes an interactive map.
Try IP Geolocation →What It Does
The IP Geolocation tool queries a public API to determine the approximate geographic location of any IP address. Results include country, region, city, coordinates, timezone, ISP, organization, AS number, and indicators for mobile, proxy/VPN, and datacenter hosting. An embedded OpenStreetMap shows the location on a map.How to Use It
- Navigate to Diagnostics → IP Geolocation from the top menu.
- Enter an IP address or leave blank to look up your own IP.
- Click Lookup or press Enter.
- View location details, ISP info, and network data in the results grid.
- Scroll down to see the interactive map with a pin at the location.
- Click View on Map to open the full OpenStreetMap in a new tab.
- Use Copy All or Download .txt to export.
What You Can Learn

Privacy Note
IP geolocation is approximate — it identifies the general area (usually city-level) associated with an IP block, not a precise street address. The lookup is performed via a public API. No IP addresses or search queries are stored by 2network.Use Cases
- Security investigation: Identify the origin of suspicious traffic or login attempts.
- Network troubleshooting: Verify CDN or DNS is routing to the correct geographic region.
- Compliance: Check if traffic originates from expected or restricted countries.
- VPN verification: Confirm your VPN exit node is in the expected location.
